Yoga training course (One on one sessions)
Personalised sessions limited to one person only. The sessions will include discussions, asana practice and incorporation of practices aimed towards a better understanding of self.
We believe that every individual is unique. Our one-on-one sessions acknowledge the uniqueness and hence customised programmes are designed to understand your problems, unearth the deeper issues and design a solution that could, with dedicated practice, lead to a healthy, happy and peaceful life.
Our one-on-one sessions are recommended for individuals suffering from severe physical or mental or emotional imbalance or for those who are seeking a drastic change in their lives or those who are seeking to know / understand authentic yoga.
