Taking place in the tranquil early-morning waters in Rye Harbor, Pancha’s Paddleboard Yoga classes will get you out on the water and in shape in a beautiful new way. We take a 20-30 minute warm up paddle together before we drop our anchors in shallow water and prepare for 45 minutes of a moderate pased Vinyasa Yoga Flow. This class is meant to help build strength and stamina as you improve your balance and flexibility. This flow is designed to be accessible for all levels with modifications offered. Moving our practice out of the studio, off of our mats and onto the paddle board challenges even the most experienced yogi. Whether you are a beginning yoga student, dedicated yogi, or paddler, surfer, or athlete looking to try a new workout, this class offers you an opportunity to try something different, connect with nature, have fun on the water and get a killer workout while doing it!
Starting June 20th, Pancha Yoga, with the help of Cinnamon Rainbows, will be running the 75 minute sunset paddleboard yoga sessions every Thursday evening, meeting at 6:30 PM at the public small boat launch on the north side of Rye Harbor and running until 7:45. We will also be offering Sunday morning classes at Rye Harbor starting at 7:00 AM and running until 8:15 AM. Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class to park and set up your equipment.
Sundays: Rye Harbor small boat launch on the north side of the harbor (gravel/stone parking area on right of Ocean Boulevard).
