At Pancha Yoga, we are dedicated to elevate daily practices to a way of life. Hence, our focus is Living Well through right yoga practice, nutritious food, and good thoughts, balancing work-life and centering yourself.
Pancha Yoga was born out of yoga practitioner Vikas Shenoy’s vision. He started practicing Yoga from 2005 and since then has gone on to be certified in various aspects of wellness and healing.
A trainer in Hatha and Vinyasa schools of Yoga, Vikas has students of all age groups – from children to senior citizens; and all walks of life – from homemakers to actors to owners of business empires.
Leading by Example
Vikas’s strength is in the embodiment of the entire Pancha Yoga philosophy. Highly disciplined and extremely humble, he leads by example. He encourages his students to maintain a work-life balance by continuing with his day job as a software professional engineer while pursuing his passion in teaching Yoga.
He entices absolute centering of the self by encouraging punctuality. In his entire teaching career of over 5 years, Vikas has started every class on time. He values time and regularity so much that to inculcate the habit in his students, he offers rewards to the ones who never miss a class. He believes that great accomplishments are possible only through discipline and to inculcate discipline, anybody late beyond 10 minutes isn’t allowed into his class.

We offer Yoga for the body and for the mind. While some aspects prepare the body, sub-conscience yoga strengthens the mind to move in the direction of peaceful progress in each aspect of life. Breath work energizes the body to keep rhythmic pace with your aspirations and reconnects you to yourself.
Weight Management Workshop:
When we talk about fitness of the mind and body, weight plays an important role in it. Whether you are underweight or overweight, it is not your whole truth. Thus, we offer you dedicated sessions to reach your optimum body weight where you are comfortable with your body and at peace in your mind.
Stress Management Workshop:
Steadfast like the shadow, stress sticks to us everywhere. It becomes more pronounced in the dark hours of our lives. But there is light in yoga that can free us from this unhealthy entity. And our dedicated sessions celebrate that light.
